January 23-27
When I arrive to class I normally help the students with their morning work. Ms. Wilbers does roll call. Then the announcements come on. We do the pledge and smart pledge. Then the students correct their master multipliers from the previous day. After that, they get their new master multiplier and get 3 minutes to do the problems. I normally finish grading the master multipliers the rest of the time. If I finish early I help the kids with their math lesson.

January 16-20
When I arrive to the class room I first sign in. Then, I help the kids with their morning work. The announcements come on and we do the pledge. Ms. Wilbers does lunch count and roll call. The previous days master multiplers are passed out to get corrected. They then get a new master multiplier and get three minutes to do it. I grade the master multiplers then help the students with their math lesson whenever I finish.
January 9-13
I sign in when I get to the class room. The students are doing their morning work and I normally go around and help them with it. The announcements come on and we do the pledge. Ms. Wilbers does roll call and lunch account. Next, the students get their master multipliers from the previous day to grade. They then go and get a new master multiplier and get three minutes to do the problems. I grade the master multipliers and if there is enough time left in class at the end I help the students with their math.
January 3-6
When I arrive in Ms. Wilbers class I sign in. The kids are busy doing there morning work. I usually go around and see if any of them need help. The announcements come on and we say the pledge and the smart pledge. The kids get their master multipler from the previous day to correct. Then they get five minutes to do a new master multiplier. After they are done I normally collect them and start grading them. I sometimes have time at the end of the hour after grading and if I do then I help the kids with their math lesson.

Autobiography
Hello my name is Lindsay Bauer. I am currently 17 years old and a senior at Belle High School. I have lived in Belle, MO my whole life. I live with my mom, son, stepdad, and two sisters. My son is the love of my life and i wouldnt trade him for the world. There are 4 dogs named Cookie, Black dog, Harley, and Sadie who live at my house. I also have 6 lambs, a pig, and cattle. My favorite color is pink, and my hobbies are cooking and cleaning. I plan on someday owning my own restaraunt and being of Foodnetwork. I have a fun personality and people love hanging out with me. I have been to Washington DC twice, once for 8th grade, and the other for WLC (Washington Leadership Conference). I have been in the White House twice. Two years ago i went to a leadership conference in Mexico, MO and learned alot of things about leadership and the kind of person I am. For family trips me and my family like to go to Branson, MO. I have been there atleast 9 times. The main reason why i chose to be a cadet teacher was because I needed tutoring hours for my A+. I do enjoy being around kids though. My accompishment in being a cadet teacher would be to see what the teachers really have to go through to be a teacher. My expectations of a good student would be too listen to the teacher, do their homework, and study hard to get good grades. Some expectations of a good teacher would be to be respectful to the students ( Help them any way they can when stuck), teach the students different ways of doing a problem, and to just be an all around role model (Be nice, caring but strict at the same time). I learn best through pictures. For example, when I am reading a book I like to mentally form a picture from the description to help me better understand the story. Three short-term goals i have would be; to graduate high school of course, find a steady job, and keep in touch with my classmates to see how they are doing. Three long-term goals would be; to get my bachelors of science at Mizzou, get my Culinary degree, and have my own TV show on foodnetwork. I plan on accomplishing these goals by working my best at staying on track, meaning, studying hard to get good grades, and some obstacles that i might meet might be taking care of my son when i comes to do all my homework and studying. I could easily overcome that obstacle thought because I have a lot of family support so I would have a babysitter to watch him while I did my homework.
December 19-21
When I get to the room i sign in and then go around and help the kids with their morning work. The announcements come on and we do the pledge and the smart pledge. The lunch count and roll call is done next. The students get the previous days master multiplier to correct. Then, they go get their new master multiplier and they get five minutes to do the problems on it. They give the master multipliers too me to grade. This normally takes the rest of the hour. If not then i go around and help the kids with their math lesson.
December 12-16
When I first arrive in class i log in to my tutor log. The students are doing there morning work. I usually sit by a certain student to keep him on track during the period I am there. The bell rings and the announcements come on. We do the pledge and smart pledge then Ms. Wilbers does lunch count and attendance. We start off the morning by getting the previous days master multipler and correcting it. They then get five minutes to do problems on a new master multiplier. I normally use the rest of the hour to grade the master multiplers or help the students with their math lesson.
